Washington's AG blasts Vancouver oil proposal, here's what's next

Washington state's attorney general said he's opposed to Vancouver's proposed Tesoro-Savage oil terminal proposal.

"The bottom line is that the potential benefits of this project are dramatically outweighed by the potential risks and costs of a spill," said Bob Ferguson in a statement on the proposed $210 million terminal at the Port of Vancouver.
