Wilsonville-based Collins Management Corp. told state officials today the company will shutter a plant in Boardman.
As a result, 67 workers will lose their jobs. Collins, which manages forestlands and manufactures standard and certified exterior siding and particleboard, among other items, expects the closure to be permanent.
It expects to most of the facility to close Sept. 19.
The company did say it could have jobs beyond that period, but their availability depends on "the skills and availability?
